Accommodation

Hotel accommodation for symposium participants is arranged through the conference organizer, Congress Reykjavík. Reservations should be made using the symposium registration form. Bookings will be made on a 'first come - first served' basis, and Congress Reykjavík reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation is fully booked.

Participants pay their accommodation directly to the hotel, and rooms can only be confirmed after Congress Reykjavík have received a credit card number as guarantee for the hotel booking. A form for submitting this information will be displayed when you have submitted your registration.

Block reservations have been made at three hotels in Reykjavik. All hotels are within walking distance of each other.
