An automatic notification of the details that you have entered and a separate form for supplying credit card information will be displayed when you have submitted your registration - Please do not forget to supply your credit card information if you wish to pay your fees by credit card and to guarantee your hotel reservation. If any details are incorrect or need to be updated/changed, please send an e-mail notification of the corrections required to birna@congress.is. You will receive separate confirmation from the conference organizers of your hotel reservations at a later date.

Hotel accommodation for symposium participants is arranged through the conference organizer, Congress Reykjavík. Bookings will be made on a 'first come - first served' basis, and Congress Reykjavík reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation is fully booked. Participants must pay for their accommodation directly to the hotel. When you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation message (sent to the e-mail address provided above) that includes a form on which to register credit card details to guarantee your hotel reservation. Hotel prices include breakfast and taxes.

Fees

The Symposium fee is 26000 ISK (ca. 300 Euro), or 22000 ISK (ca. 250 Euro) if paid before 1 August . Fees should be paid by 1 September 2004. When you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation message (sent to the e-mail address provided above) that includes a form on which to register credit card details if you are using this method of payment. All funds available from the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) to support the participation of young scientists at the Symposium have now been allocated. In case addtionl funds to support particiation become available, any further applictions for funding should be referred to Lars-Otto Reiersen at the AMAP Secretariat providing relevant information to support the application.
